well, to cope up with stress you can watch a little TV or listen to music.
-For every one hour you study take atleast 10 minutes break after that hour.
-Sleep at the right time and eat properly.
-Listen to some music to calm those nerves.
-Take a hot water bath. sounds funny but it works, lol.
-Don't cram the entire syllabus in one night.
-Read joke books.
-Don't take most important, lol.
-Don't discuss about your exams whenever you meet up with your friends. Talk about something else too.
